Data Deletion Instructions

AskLumii is a product of O-HIVE Integrated Services Limited. You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of AskLumii at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@asklumii.com with the subject line AskLumii Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address, Facebook user ID, or account details connected to your AskLumii use so we can identify the data.
3. We will review and process valid requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.

Facebook connected data

If you used AskLumii through Facebook, you can also remove app access from your Facebook account settings. After removal, send us a deletion request if you want us to delete data retained by AskLumii.
